Fermin, better known as ‘Shorty’, started his career as a window washer – merrily dangling from ropes and scaffolding. However, washing windows didn’t involve the craftsmanship he craved, so he took up painting. Now he is an experienced Job Site Supervisor and is able to safely access even the most difficult areas on the most complex projects with ease. Shorty likes to keep busy on his free time, either by going to the gym, catching up on San Francisco Giants baseball, or spending time with his family and his recently born grandson.
